Highly recommend CPR
"I called C property restoration about a porch that was coming down in my backyard Scott the owner came out within a couple days give me appraisal and was very friendly as well as help me with my insurance adjuster and at the same time went over my roof to look for any hail damage.There was and my insurance adjuster took a look and I had a new roof put on and gutters at the same time for very little cost to me I would highly recommend this company to my friends and neighbors and have Thanks Scott & Maria"

Best in the biz
"I live in Glenwood Springs and needed a 44 year old cedar shank roof replaced. As one could imagine a roof that old was going to leave some issues. Kevin and Scott spent many hours driving up from the front rangw to scout the roof beforehand so that the wife and I could properly plan financially. They were by far the lowest priced but the quality was the best. The company is run like all companies should be run! They've replaced 3 roofs for me. I will be using them for my siding and any future property needs!"
