Best Quality!
"I live in Glenwood Springs and needed a 44 year old cedar shank roof replaced. As one could imagine a roof that old was going to leave some issues. Kevin and Scott spent many hours driving up from the front rangw to scout the roof beforehand so that the wife and I could properly plan financially. They were by far the lowest priced but the quality was the best. The company is run like all companies should be run! They've replaced 3 roofs for me. I will be using them for my siding and any future property needs!"

My house looks amazing!
"C Property Restoration was unbelievable. We had a major hail storm and our entire exterior needed repairs. Roof, siding, gutters, back patio, windows and paint. My house looks amazing! Enough that I had neighbors are knocking on my door telling me how great of a job they did. I will never go to another company for exterior and interior. Thank you!"
