"I had a great experience with Kevin. Not only was he professional and reliable, but he also provided tremendous support throughout the insurance claim process. He took the time to explain everything clearly, worked directly with my insurance adjuster, and made what could have been a stressful situation much easier to navigate.
Their team showed up on time, communicated regularly, and completed the work efficiently and with great attention to detail. They left the area clean and were respectful of my property the entire time.

"Kevin is awesome! He worked with us and our insurance company every step of the way after a hail storm, to get us a new roof, gutters, screens and garage door. Hope no more hail claims, but I know who to call. They do other interior and exterior restoration work as well."

"Wow! Five stars doesn’t seem like enough! I’m so impressed with Scott, Maria and their crew! I called them for an estimate to replace the windows and siding on my house. Scott and Kevin showed up within a couple of days and once they verified hail damage on the siding, they climbed on the roof and checked that too. They also found hail damage. So instead of paying for siding out of pocket, as we expected to do, we made a claim with our insurance for it and the roof. Maria worked with my insurance company and they agreed to pay for both! I am amazed that Scott and his crew came on Monday and finished the windows, siding and the roof by Thursday! Scott was here everyday making sure his crew did everything with perfection. When I had questions, he had answers. I’ve met so many neighbors because they are coming to tell me how beautiful my home is! If you’re looking for a professional, honest and efficient company, this is the one!"

"C Property Restoration is hands down the most genuine property contractor I have ever dealt with. Chris and Kevin are straight shooters and don't beat around the bush. Two weeks ago, their team replaced my entire roof and patio roof on my back deck. The city inspector approved it, and so did I. They cleaned up properly and even pulled a couple of weeds for me (seriously). It was high-quality work, and I didn't have to pay until the job was complete and I approved._- Jon Gray"
